As any Caribbean traveler can tell you, one of the royal hassles of traveling to the islands is having the clear U.S. Customs once you arrive back in the U.S. (especially if you're traveling through Miami, ugh).

 Known for thousands of years for its rejuvenative properties, aloe is a rising star among spa treatments.  

Scotchies, just east of Montego Bay, is one of Jamaica’s best jerk centres – no-frills, open-air, roadside eateries that specialise in delicious spicy barbecued pork, chicken and fish. Having ordered at a booth, you are presented with your food wrapped in aluminium foil, which you eat at courtyard tables under thatched roofs. A satisfying lunch of a quarter pound of pork, a couple of festivals – tubes of deep-fried dough – and a bottle of the local Red Stripe beer will set you back less than £4.

Twenty percent of Americans polled in a survey commissioned by the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program said they would be unable to take their next vacation without cashing in rewards points, indicating that the current economic climate has increased the importance of travel rewards points in vacation planning.
